Stone Valley and San Ramon Valley Construction Updates

While both Stone Valley Middle School and San Ramon Valley High School might be out for the summer but our construction crews are hard at work on these campuses. Below are the latest updates:

Stone Valley Middle School

  • The classroom building’s concrete slab foundation is now poured and crews are beginning to frame the structural walls for the first story.
  • Prep work continues on the MPR building’s concrete slab which should be poured in the next few weeks.
The Stone Valley Middle School project will replace nearly every outdated classroom on campus. Demolition of the old classroom buildings began in March of 2016 with the construction of new buildings beginning in May 2016 with an estimated completion date of spring 2018.

San Ramon Valley High School

  • Crews continue to dig the building footings and place rebar.
  • Installing underground fire water lines.
The SRVHS classroom building project will provide students and staff with a state-of-the-art facility to replace existing outdated buildings. The new building will stand 3 stories and house 52 classrooms. The project is projected to open for occupancy by August of 2019.
